What is the warranty policy for Granitestone non-stick coating?

Granitestone non-stick cookware comes with a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
Improper storage, like unprotected stacking, and improper use and care are not covered.

Use of high heat can cause metal to warp and their coatings to deteriorate or become damaged. Using metal utensils, repeated dishwasher use, or exposure to heat while empty will void warranty.

Our non stick coatings are made from class-leading, professional materials and are highly tested, but they will not last a lifetime. Normal depreciation from use is expected and is not a defect, therefore not covered under warranty.
