My son gave me a granite stone frying pant. When I opened it up the center of it was bulcked up and everything goes to the edges. I did not see any papers in the box that it came in My son's phone deleted the information and I had no proof of purchasing the pan. Now I have an expensive pan that was purchased for me that is not usable and I have attempted to get granite stone to replace the pan but they will not. Does anyone have an idea as to what I could do because I do not have proof that it was purchased other than I have the pain in the lid in my cabinet that I cannot use it?????
