A Data Rights Request lets you ask us to access, delete, correct, or limit the use of your personal information. This is sometimes called a "DSAR" (Data Subject Access Request) or a "CCPA request."
Types of Requests You Can Make
- Get a copy of my personal data (Right to Know) — receive what we have about you in a portable format.
- Delete my personal data (Right to Delete) — ask us to delete what we have about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct my personal data (Right to Correction) — request that we fix inaccurate information.
- Limit use of my sensitive personal information — restrict how we use sensitive categories of data.
- Ask a question about my privacy rights — general questions about your data or our practices.
How to Submit
- Open the Data Rights Request form.
- Choose the type of request you want to make.
- Provide your name, email address, and mailing address. The email should be the one associated with your purchase, account, or marketing communications from us.
- Confirm you're submitting on your own behalf (or, if you're an authorized agent, provide your details).
- Submit. You'll receive a confirmation email with a reference number.
What Happens Next
You'll get a confirmation email within minutes. Our Data Privacy team will then begin processing your request — typical response window is 45 calendar days for full fulfillment, with identity verification happening early in the process.
Is It Free?
Yes. We won't charge you to submit a data rights request, and we won't deny you service or charge different prices because you exercised your privacy rights. In rare cases (excessive or repetitive requests), we may charge a reasonable fee, but we'll always tell you in advance.
